J.K. Simmons Is Wearing A Black Tuxedo on Oscars 2015 Red Carpet
The winner for "Best Actor in a Supporting Role" wore a black tuxedo paired with a black hat.
J.K. Simmons walks the red carpet in a black tuxedo and matching hat at the 2015 Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (Feb. 22) in Hollywood.
Up until he showed up at the Dolby tonight, J.K. Simmons had one of those movie faces that almost everyone recognized, but relatively few could place a name to. Wasn't that guy the dad in Juno (2007)? Wasn't he the snitch in Traffic (2000)? And didn't he play that creepy, brutal convict for all those years on Oz? Yes, he has embodied all those things, and his name is J.K. Simmons.
Simmons is at the Oscars with a chance of leaving with the best supporting actor statue. He was nominated for depicting the teacher most likely to cause a nervous breakdown in Whiplash.
