Producer John Goldwyn and hotelier Jeffrey Klein's historic Los Angeles estate, located above the Sunset strip, is on the market for $6.395 million.

The 2,760-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home, restored since its 1951 construction, hit the market Thursday. Residents of the home will enjoy a brick fireplace on cold, wintry nights scaling a 14-foot ceiling with windows that soak in sunlight to naturally brighten the home.

To entertain guests, residents can invite friends and family to enjoy a movie night in the home's oval screening room, decorated with copper crown molding, suede walls and oak/maple parquet floors. Outdoors, the seated patio area allows for residents to dine or lounge while overlooking the rectangular pool, offering swimmers the option of exercising by swimming laps or soaking up rays in its cypress-shaded waters.
