Stapleton won new artist of the year at the awards show.

Memphis, Tennessee-born pop superstar Justin Timberlake joined the stage at the 2015 CMAs to duet with uber-talented (and heavily bearded) country newcomer Chris Stapleton.

Shortly after Stapleton won new artist of the year at the CMAs, he hit the stage with a guitar-slinging Timberlake to trade vocals on the Traveller track "Tennessee Whiskey."

After that, J.T. performed his most honky-tonk track to date, "Drink You Away" from The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2, with Stapleton adding some serious vocal assists.

Sure, Timberlake is pop, but there's nothing more country than two Tennessee boys singing about booze with guitars in hand.
