Kate Upton's Diet Is Pretty Boring
But she does eat. So that's a plus.
Models don’t eat — at least, that’s what we like to believe. In Kate Upton's case, though, she does eat food, albeit boring food.
The Sports Illustrated "Swimsuit Issue" star reported her diet to the London Evening Standard, and it's not the most exciting menu, to say the least. Upton starts her morning eating scrambled eggs — one white, one whole — with spinach and drinking green tea. Next comes a snack at 10 a.m., consisting of 10 raw almonds and a green juice.
Lunchtime is perhaps the highlight, when the supposed "world's most Googled supermodel" (according to Sports Illustrated) eats quinoa with grilled chicken and veggies. At 4 p.m., the model indulges in a protein bar. And then, at dinner, she gets to nosh on either sashimi or a kale salad with grilled salmon and cashews.
Upton says she lets loose with tequila Tuesday, but the lack of cheese and carbs in this plan makes us sad. Let's hope that Tuesdays come with tacos sometimes, too.
