Kathryn Hahn lines up two jobs
Actress cast in Brooks comedy, to develop SPT projectComedic actress Kathryn Hahn has landed a role in James Brooks' untitled comedy at Columbia.
The actress, along with husband Ethan Sandler, also will develop a pilot script at Sony Pictures Television, with Sandler writing as a potential starring vehicle for Hahn.
In the Brooks comedy, she'll play the assistant to Paul Rudd's lead role. The TV script, whose logline is being kept under wraps, will be a half-hour comedy.
The Gersh-repped Hahn has had character turns in a series of comedies, particularty those toplined by Will Ferrell: She co-starred in "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy" and "Step Brothers" and has a role in upcoming Ferrell used-car comedy "Live Hard, Sell Hard."
