Kelly Clarkson Lists Nashville Mansion for $1.449 Million

The Grammy winner purchased the 4,900 Tennessee estate in 2007 for $1.49 million.

Original American Idol champ and Grammy winner Kelly Clarkson is selling her 4,900-square-foot Tennessee home, according to Real Estalker. The five-bedroom, six-bath house has an asking price of $1.449 million.

Clarkson bought the Nashville mansion in 2007 for $1.49 million, according to multiple reports. She's already moved out.   

After winning Idol in 2002, her debut album Thankful, which included the hit "Miss Independent," went double-platinum.

Her second album, Breakaway, earned her two Grammy wins. Clarkson's fifth album will be released in early 2011.
