The performance-packed show adds to its all-star slate.

Country besties Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus will perform on this year's American Music Awards (airing Nov. 21 on ABC), it was revealed during Wednesday's CMA Awards.

Kid Rock, whose new album, Born Free, comes out Nov. 16, also joins the lineup, which includes previously announced acts Pink, Usher, Ne-Yo, Diddy, Bon Jovi and Rihanna, who will open the show.

The fan-voted performance-packed event, now in its 38th year, boasts several first-timers to the broadcast: Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Ke$ha (all nominated for Artist of the Year), along with newly formed super group NKOTBSB -- or New Kids On The Block and Backstreet Boys to the uninitiated -- who'll tour together this summer.
