The couple, expecting their first child later this year, has purchased an $11 million Bel Air mansion with plans to renovate, The Hollywood Reporter confirms.

Having purchased the home weeks ago, Kardashian and West are in the midst of transforming the 10,000-square-foot property into a 14,000-square-foot Italian-style villa complete with a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court and indoor and outdoor pool. TMZ first reported the news.

The house sits in the same private, gated community in which Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux purchased a $21 million love nest in May. Among their other neighbors: Clippers star Chris Paul and Girls Gone Wild mastermind Joe Francis.

West shocked fans when he announced Kardashian’s pregnancy during a Dec. 30 concert in Atlantic City. In typical Kardashian fashion, the baby is expected to appear on the family’s E! reality franchise, which includes Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Kourtney and Kim Take New York, among other series.

“We look forward to sharing the joy as they prepare for more diapers, more bottles and, without a doubt, more fabulous baby wear,” E! president Suzanne Kolb told THR on New Year’s Eve.

Kardashian, who began dating West in April, still is legally married to Brooklyn Nets player Kris Humphries, though they separated in October 2011 after 72 days of marriage. Humphries reportedly has refused to sign divorce papers and is seeking an annulment. The former couple is headed to court Feb. 15 to set a date for their divorce trial, which isn’t likely to occur until June.

On Monday, West returned to the Twitterverse with a new post after taking a hiatus late last year. Alongside a simple caption of "FAM," West posted a photo of he and pal Jay-Z flanked by their leading ladies: Kardashian and Beyonce.
