Kim Kardashian Receives Death Threats After Pro-Israel Tweet
"Die in HELL!" read one tweet in response to the reality TV star's wish that people would pray for Israel.
Kim Kardashian deleted a tweet supportive of Israel on Friday after dozens of her 17 million followers responded with anti-Semitic tweets of their own and some even wished death upon the reality TV star.
After Hamas militants launched a rocket on Jerusalem is response to Israel killing its military chief, Kardashian tweeted, “praying for everyone in Israel.”

The negative response to her simple sentiment was quick and harsh. Here’s a few examples:
“Israel is not fking country!”
“Israel will be destroyed along with all the Jews who cursed RT.”
“You are a disgrace to your people and your ancestors.”

“People like you are the reason I want to die *Palestine.”
“Further enhancing your reputation as a dumb porn star.”
“Kim I love you but please don’t pray for Israel. They are murderers.”
“Woe to Israel and henchmen.”
Others tweeted “Kill yourself,” “Die in HELL!” and “I hope kanye west is gonna rape ur fuckenn mouth till u dieeee.” Another wrote, “ill pray you will die kim.”
Within minutes, Kardashian followed up with a tweet reading: “And praying for everyone in Palestine and across the world!”

Both tweets were eventually deleted, but not before the conservative website Twitchy captured images of them. Twitchy also posted similarly nasty tweets that were a response to a Katy Perry tweet last year reading “Pray for Israel.”
Conservative bloggers, meanwhile, were making hay of the Kardashian Twitter controversy on Friday.
At Breitbart.com, for example, an entry read: “Kardashian learned an ugly truth this week about the Left’s hatred of Israel.” And the site AtlasShrugged2000.com criticized Kardashian for deleting the original tweet, writing: “Not surprising – her cowardice mimics the weakness and ignorance of much of her generation. She supported the civilized man, then caved to savages.”
Later, Kardashian tried to explain herself on her blog, writing: "I decided to take down the tweets because I realized that some people were offended and hurt by what I said, and for that I apologize."
