Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick Sell Calabasas Estate
Kourtney Kardashian and partner Scott Disick have sold their Calabasas mansion for $2.98 million, according to Redfin. The couple originally paid $1.7 million in 2010.
The traditional estate is located within the guard-gated community of The Oaks in Calabasas, Calif. Built in 2004 and redesigned by Kardashian and celebrity interior designer Jeff Andrews, the 5,400-square-foot property features four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an upstairs bonus room, a detached library equipped with built-in bookcases and a balcony with city views.
Upon listing the estate on the market earlier this year, the pair purchased another Calabasas mansion twice as grand as their previous one at 11,746 square feet for a reported $8.4 million, according to Curbed L.A.. Their new home, previously owned by former NFL player Keyshawn Johnson, resides in the same neighborhood as Justin Bieber’s former residence. Bieber’s seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home was sold to Khloe Kardashian for $7.2 million in early March.
