The genre pic, to shoot in June in Sudbury, Ontario, will also star Kristin Hager, Stephen McHattie and Neil Whitely.
Little Bit Zombie sees Turner play a company exec who becomes infected by a virus during a bachelor party, forced to avoid an obsessed zombie hunter and his Bridezilla-to-be (Crystal Lowe).
Christopher Bond and Trevor Martin wrote the film’s script, while Casey Walker shares a producer credit with John Griffith.
Little Bit Zombie will be distributed by Full Plate Productions.
