Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars to Perform at MTV Europe Music Awards

Selena Gomez and “Jersey Shore’s” Snooki and JWoww will also hit up the Nov. 6 show.
LONDON – Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars have joined the roster of turns scheduled to perform at this year’s MTV Europe Music Awards in front of fans in Northern Ireland on Nov. 6.
Gaga, leader of the Little Monsters who dominates headlines across Europe and beyond with her music, fashion sense and performance art, will pay as third studio album Born This Way occupies European playlists.
Mars achieved multi-platinum status for his debut album, Doo-Wops & Hooligans, and will end his sold-out European tour with a performance at the MTV EMA.
Organizers also said 2011 MTV EMA presenters will include Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenni “JWOWW” Farley of Jersey Shore fame, and Ashley Rickards from MTV’s newest hit scripted series Awkward.
Hosted by multi-talented singer and actress Selena Gomez, Gaga and Mars join a roster of performers already boasting Coldplay, Jessie J and Los Angeles-based duo LMFAO.
The Red Hot Chilli Peppers have also been announced in the performing lineup in Belfast.
Gaga leads the pack of EMA nominees with six noms, with Katy Perry and Mars following closely behind with four nominations. Adele, Justin Bieber and Thirty Seconds To Mars are each up for three awards.
Other EMA nominees include Foo Fighters, Snoop Dogg, My Chemical Romance, Jennifer Lopez, LMFAO, Jessie J, Beyoncé, Coldplay, Eminem, Arcade Fire, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Far East Movement, Kanye West, Linkin Park, Wiz Khalifa and Kings of Leon.
