Lady Gaga to Design Barney's Christmas Displays

The NYC department store announced Monday that the singer will design her own version of Santa's workshop for it's Madison Avenue men's store this holiday season.

Lady Gaga's little monsters must have been nice this year. 

On Monday, Barneys New York announced that the singer has been tapped to headline its Holiday 2011 campaign and they're calling it "Gaga's Workshop."

The musician will collaborate with her own fashion director, Nicola Formichetti and artists Eli Sudbrack and Chrisophe Hamaide Pierson to create their version of Santa's Workshop.

The display, which will debut in mid-November, will take over the entire fifth floor of the retailer's Madison Avenue flagship men's store. Gaga will also construct the location's holiday window displays.

A specially designed logo was created for the holiday extravaganza and will be featured on the store's holiday bags and packaging. Gaga will also be designing a few "small gift items," said the release.

Barney's plans to donate 25 percent of the sales of all the items sold from Gaga's Workshop to a charity of the musician's choice.
