Lady Gaga Postpones Concerts Due to 'Severe Bronchitis'
"I'm devastated I'm unable to perform this week," the pop star said on her Twitter account after dates in Seattle and Vancouver were delayed.
TORONTO – Lady Gaga's concerts in Seattle and Vancouver have hit a snag.
Live Nation Entertainment said a Wednesday night concert at Seattle's Key Arena, along with a scheduled date Friday night at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, have been postponed.
The concert promoter attributed the delay to Gaga coming down with "severe bronchitis."
That diagnosis was echoed by the pop star in a tweet late Wednesday.
"I'm devastated I'm unable to perform this week. Ursula took my mermaid voice, I've come down with horrible Bronchitis," Gaga said on her Twitter account.
"My deepest apologies to Seattle and Vancouver, we'll reschedule those shows & be back to make it up to you," she added in a second tweet.
Live Nation told fans to retain their tickets for rescheduled performances in each city, without specifying dates.
