Lady Gaga Takes a Selfie With Bill Murray, David Letterman
The singer won over two new Little Monsters when she appeared on the 'Late Show' on Wednesday, as Murray ticked "meet Lady Gaga" off his bucket list.
It started with Ellen DeGeneres' Twitter-busting selfie during the Oscars, and now celebrities just can't stop turning the camera on themselves.
The latest star to take a self-portrait on a cell phone was Lady Gaga, who surprised fellow Late Show guest Bill Murray when she posed for a photo with him.
Throughout Wednesday's episode, the Ghostbusters star had been making a bucket list on a yellow notepad, which included "to meet Lady Gaga."
"I haven't done that yet, is there any way?" he asked host David Letterman. "I've got stuff to do later...."
The Born This Way singer then pranced out in a giant yellow wig and fishnets and said: "Hey, what are you guys doing tonight, 'cause I have a show across the street and if you want to come over, I’ll bring you. You can see the performance. I’ll bring the audience...You can come over and I’ll sing you some songs."
Currently promoting her latest album, ARTPOP, Gaga will be the last act to perform at the historic Roseland Ballroom in New York now through April 7 before it closes its doors, so she took the whole audience over there for a special performance before her sold-out show.
Wednesday's episode marked the first time Lady Gaga has performed on the Late Show, although she appeared as a guest in May 2011.
