Laurie Metcalf cast in 'Strange Brew'
Project is from 'Will & Grace' creators Kohan and Mutchnik
Sitcom veteran Laurie Metcalf has been tapped to star in Fox's comedy pilot "Strange Brew."

The multicamera project, from Warner Bros. TV and "Will & Grace" creators David Kohan and Max Mutchnik, revolves around a family that owns a small but successful regional brewery struggles with working and living together.
Metcalf will play the mother in the pilot, directed by Marc Buckland.
The Emmy-winning "Roseanne" alumna recently toplined the MRC/CW drama "Easy Money."
