Bryan Greenberg and Victor Rasuk have been cast as the two leads in HBO's single-camera comedy pilot "How to Make It in America."

The project, from Stephen Levinson's Leverage and Mark Wahlberg's Closest to the Hole, revolves around Ben (Greenberg) and his friend Cam (Rasuk), enterprising twentysomethings who hustle their way through New York determined to achieve the American dream.

Ian Edelman penned the script and is executive producing with Levinson, Wahlberg, Rob Weiss and the pilot's director, Julian Farino.

"October Road" star Greenberg, who appeared on HBO's "Unscripted," will next be seen in the feature "Bride Wars." He is repped by Gersh and Ellen Meyer Management. Rasuk ("Stop-Loss") is with Gersh and Washington Square Arts.

HBO has ramped up development this year with 10 pilots in various stages of production. (partialdiff)
