Leonardo DiCaprio Buys Out Neighbors in Battery Park Apartment (Report)
The "Wolf of Wall Street" star picked up the adjacent unit at 2 River Terrace for $8 million.
Leonardo DiCaprio continues his real estate buying spree. Weeks after buying Dinah Shore's Palm Springs estate for $5.2 million, the Wolf of Wall Street star has added to his real-estate holdings in New York City.
The actor has picked up an adjacent unit to his current apartment at 2 River Terrace in Battery Park.
DiCaprio has lived in the eco-friendly high-rise building since 2008, a space he bought for $3.67 million, and picked up the apartment next door from neighbors Steven Gidumal and Allison Keeney for $8 million, according to real estate site The Real Deal.
The 2,300-square-foot, two-bedroom apartment also has 1,000 feet of outdoor space. This upgrade comes just months after the actor bought an apartment at 66 E. 11th St., a health and wellness-themed condo by developer Delos Living. He became an investor in that development.
