Leslie Mann has been cast in the Universal comedy "The Change-Up."

The "Funny People" actress joins Ryan Reynolds, Jason Bateman and Olivia Wilde in the story of a married guy who accidentally changes bodies with his single best friend and ends up pursuing a female coworker. Jon Lucas and Scott Moore ("The Hangover") wrote the screenplay.

David Dobkin ("Wedding Crashers") is directing and producing, along with Neal Moritz. Universal execs Scott Bernstein and Maradith Frenkel are overseeing the project for the studio, which plans an August 2011 release.

The CAA-repped Mann has recently appeared in "Shorts," "17 Again" and "Drillbit Taylor." She will next appear in "I Love You Phillip Morris," which hits theaters in December, and she performs a voice role in the Fox animated film "Rio," which opens in April.
