Also makes quips about former network NBC and ConanDavid Letterman celebrated the 17th anniversary of "The Late Show" Monday night with a few jabs at Jay Leno and NBC.
Letterman reminded the audience that the show began 17 years ago -- "right after Johnny Carson had been Leno-ed," the Huffington Post reported. He followed the punchline with an impression of Leno saying that everyone got "screwed," and that Conan O'Brien would get screwed, too.
Letterman also quipped about how nice the people working at NBC were, implying that they sent him an anniversary gift. "Yeah, the executives over at NBC today faxed me the finger," he deadpanned.
