The cover of the January/February 2012 issue was leaked online, showing a nude (except for black heels) blonde Lohan sitting in a bunny-shaped red chair. The cover text simply reads “Lindsay.”

The leaked image comes about one week before Lohan is set to premiere a sneak preview of the pictorial on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Dec. 15. It’s been reported that Lohan was paid around $1 million for the shoot.

STORY: Lindsay Lohan Returning to Jail

The troubled former child star has had a tumultuous year. In November, she was sentenced to jail time due to a violation of her probation. The actress, who failed to attend court-ordered therapy sessions, was also kicked out of the Downtown Women's Center, where she had been assigned to complete community service hours, after arriving late. Lohan ended up spending less than five hours in jail on Nov. 7 due to overcrowding.

Lohan will next star in the Gotti biopic as Kim Gotti, the wife of John Gotti Jr.
