Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan told a Superior Court judge Wednesday that she will not cop a plea in her jewelry theft case, according to TMZ.
Judge Keith Schwartz told the starlet, 24, she will return behind bars if she accepts a deal offered by prosecutors. "This case does involve jail time. Period," Schwartz told her. "If you plead in front of me -- if this case resolves in front of me -- you are going to jail. Period. It may be an issue as to amount of time." Lohan adamantly denied prosecutors' allegations that she stole a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif. shop. Lohan was told to return to a Los Angeles court on March 10 to either accept a plea deal offered by prosecutors, or go ahead with a full trial.THR's Daily Must Feeds
