Jason Bateman and Olivia Wilde fall in love and move in together during a whirlwind seven-day span in rom-com The Longest Week.
Bateman plays aspiring novelist Conrad, who is still mooching off his wealthy parents' dime until they cut him off. Conrad's brother introduces him to Beatrice (Wilde), leading to a competition between the two brothers for Beatrice's affections.
In a memorable scene, Conrad regrettably decides to choose a rooftop setting to tell his brother that he's sleeping with Beatrice, and a physical altercation ensues.
Billy Crudup and Jenny Slate co-star. Peter Glanz wrote the screenplay and directed, marking his directorial debut. Gravitas Ventures releases the film in theaters and on VOD on Sept. 5.
