Lori Huck has been named director of development for MRB Productions. The former New Line Television vp will be responsible for growing MRB’s original content business.
The company, launched in 2001 by Matthew Brady, specializes in independent features, promos, commercials and new media content including the Kiefer Sutherland web series The Confession and commercial director Stephen Gyllenhaal’s political feature Grassroots starring Jason Biggs.
Commercial clients have included GEICO, Sony, Kellogg’s, Ford, Hyundai, Sprint, Mattel, DirecTV, Miller Lite and Smirnoff. MRB has created buzzy spots for ESPN and ABC’s Monday Night Football including the Emmy-winning The Pitch starring Dennis Hopper.
