Los Angeles Kings Win First Stanley Cup: What Hollywood Is Saying
Matthew Perry, Alyssa Milano, Kevin Smith and Keith Olbermann are among those celebrating the NHL team's defeat of the New Jersey Devils in their first championship title Monday night.
Hollywood took to Twitter on Monday night to celebrate the Los Angeles Kings after the NHL team captured the first Stanley Cup in its 45-year history.
The Kings defeated the New Jersey Devils 6-1 in Game 6 of the best-of-seven championship series at L.A.'s Staples Center.

Those from Hollywood on hand for Game 6 were Matthew Perry, Ellen Page, Zac Efron, James Gandolfini, David and Victoria Beckham, Colin Hanks, American Idol creator Simon Fuller, Dave Grohl, LL Cool J, Melanie Griffith, David Boreanaz, Alyssa Milano, House creator David Shore and John Ondrasik, also known as Five for Fighting.
The game was a popular topic on Twitter, with "We Are The Champions" -- the song played in Staples Center after the match ended -- become a trending topic among Los Angeles-based tweeters.

Perry, Milano and other famous names also hit Twitter after the game to share their enthusiasm over the win. Among the celebratory tweets:
