Your leggings are about to get a little more stylish.

Following several quarters of strong sales, Lululemon has promoted Lee Holman, its senior vice president of women's clothing, to the newly created position of creative director of both men's and women's products. Holman, who joined the company last year, is a 20-year Nike veteran with experience at Burberry as well as Abercrombie & Fitch.

WWD first reported the news along with the announcement of a reorganization of executive roles within the company. Changes to the product began earlier this year as the brand altered its leggings selection to offer a wider range of fits.

After Lululemon's PR scandal in 2013, which resulted in founder Chip Wilson's resignation following a recall of leggings which were "too sheer", the company has since been working its way back to the top. However, as the Athleisure market grows, the brand is beginning to face more serious competition.
