Mackin joins Univision

Hearst-Argyle Television executive vp Terry Mackin has been tapped by Univision to become president of its Television Station Group, effective March 1. In this role, he will oversee Univision's and TeleFutura's 64 TV stations. Mackin will be based in New York, reporting to Ray Rodriguez, president and COO of Univision Communications Inc.

As exeucutive vp at Hearst-Argyle, Mackin is responsible for building the company's digital media assets; before that, he managed 14 of the company's owned-and-operated TV stations.
