Mandeville taps Manpearl
He becomes vp development at 'Chihuahua' shingle
David Manpearl has been named vp development for Mandeville Films, the shingle behind "Beverly Hills Chihuahua."
Alongside exec Albert Page, Manpearl will help oversee Mandeville's development slate and is charged with bringing new material into the company.
Manpearl recently sold an untitled sci-fi pitch with Matt Cirulnick to Legendary Pictures and before that served as vp at McG's Wonderland Sound and Vision.
