TORONTO - Entertainment One has promoted Margaret O’Brien to president of its Canadian TV operation.

O’Brien moves up from COO of Entertainment One Television to the new Toronto-based post, with a main focus on developing the Canadian producer’s factual division.
O'Brien came to Entertainment One in September 2008 as chief financial officer and COO of Barna-Alper Productions, a rival TV producer acquired and folded into the group.
