He also played "Headshots" with host Jimmy Fallon during Thursday night's appearance.

Mark Wahlberg got messy with Jimmy Fallon during his visit to the Tonight Show on Thursday night.

The Ted 2 actor suited up for a game of "Headshots," involving multicolored ping pong balls, popcorn, Fruity Pebbles cereal, feathers and replicas of the Eiffel Tower.

Wahlberg also comically points out that in the Seth MacFarlane-directed, R-rated comedy, "we decide, we're gonna sue the government, we're gonna fight for his civil rights, and so there's a nice message about everybody being treated equally. A movie with a message — it's not heavy-handed, but it still gets the point across!"
