Matthew McConaughey is a dad for the third time.

The actor and his wife, Camila, welcomed their third child on Friday, in their hometown of Austin, Texas, as first reported by TMZ.

Mrs. McConaughey, née Alves, announced her pregnancy with their third child just a month after their June wedding. The Brazilian-American model and the Magic Mike star are also parents to Vida (three next month) and Levi (four).

As his wife's baby belly grew, McConaughey went through a rather dramatic physical transformation of his own. Playing an HIV-stricken man in The Dallas Buyers Club required that the actor drop nearly 40 pounds from his typically toned physique.
