Michael Eisner Sells Comedy Project to ABC
The single camera project will chronicle the early days of restauranteers Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger's unique business partnership and friendship.
ABC is back in business with Michael Eisner.
The former Disney chief has sold an untitled comedy set in the 1980s. The single camera project will chronicle the early days of restauranteers Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger's unique business partnership and friendship.
The now well-known co-chefs and long-time business partners, who both served as contestants on Bravo's Top Chef Masters (Feniger won season two), share something --or rather, someone-- else in common. Milliken is married to the ex-husband of Feniger, who is now openly gay.
Jeff Greenstein (Desperate Housewives, Parenthood) is attached to write and produce the project, with Eisner, Noel Bright (Glenn Martin DDS) and Steve Cohen on board as executive producers. Fenifer and Miliken will serve as non-writing executive producers on the project.
