Mike Medavoy Lists Beverly Hills Post Office Estate for $15 Million (Exclusive)
Located inside a guard-gated enclave, the super producer's home features seven bedrooms, an outdoor kitchen and ocean and canyon views.
Looks like it's house-hunting season again for Mike and Irena Medavoy. Two years after acquiring a 1.85-acre spread on exclusive Oak Pass Road in Beverly Hills Post Office, the veteran producer and his wife are bringing it back to market next week with an asking price of $14.995 million.
The Oak Pass Road estate is the latest in a string of residences for the Medavoys; in the past five years, the peripatetic pair have hopscotched from Trousdale Estates to Bel Air to Beverly Crest. Should their current home fetch its asking price, it will be their most profitable move yet, dwarfing the $8.2 million the couple paid for it in 2013.
Working with designer Gregory McAllester, Irena gave the 8,829-square-foot home a "Ralph Lauren-inspired" makeover. Located within shouting distance of celebrity neighbors such as Channing Tatum, Harry Styles, Lisa Vanderpump and Jon Lovitz, the property features seven bedrooms, eight and a half baths, multiple fireplaces, French doors, an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, a swimming pool, a spa, a five-car garage, a brand-new guesthouse and canyon and ocean views.
The listing is with Coldwell Banker Previews International agents Joyce Rey and Jade Mills.
