Miley Cyrus is saying goodbye to her family's pad.

The singer has sold the Toluca Lake, Calif., home that her parents, Billy Ray Cyrus and Leticia Cyrus, bought in 2007, the Los Angeles Times reports. The estate had been deeded to a trust in Miley's name.

The Cyruses originally bought the home for $5.838 million. Miley put it on the market in January for $5.995 million, and it sold for $6 million, according to the Times.

The home, protected by hedges and privacy walls, boasts six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. Amenities include a library, spacious outdoor patio, 21-foot-high entry, home theater, guitar display room and skateboard ramp.

Last month, the "Wrecking Ball" singer bought a 5.5-acre horse ranch in Hidden Hills, Calif., for $4 million.
