Miramax Promotes Joe Patrick and Beth Minehart to Executive VP
The pair, who both joined the library company in 2011, will report to interim CEO Steve Schoch.
Miramax has promoted Joe Patrick to executive VP of worldwide television and Beth Minehart to executive VP of global digital.
Minehart will remain responsible for all digital initiatives and sales across the library company, and Patrick will oversee all TV sales and initiatives.
Both will report to Miramax interim CEO Steve Schoch.
“Miramax’s global sales organization has grown our distribution to more than 125 countries through both new and traditional platforms, and Joe and Beth have been at the forefront of this expansion,” Schoch said. “They have also been a driving force in further leveraging the strength of the Miramax sales group, offering distribution in the worldwide marketplace to other highly regarded content owners.”
Patrick joined Miramax in March 2011 as senior VP and head of domestic television & digital sales and was named head of worldwide sales for Miramax in September 2011.
Before joining Miramax, he was executive VP at MGM Worldwide Television Group, and before that, Patrick was VP at MGM Domestic Television. Earlier in his career, Patrick served as VP at MGM Television Europe, and he started his career at MGM in distribution services in international TV.
Minehart joined Miramax in August 2011 as senior VP of global digital. Before that, she served for more than 14 years in several senior roles at NBC Universal, most recently as executive VP of international new media. Earlier in her career, Minehart served as director of worldwide pay television and pay-per-view at 20th Century Fox Film Corp.
