Bravo's "Project Runway" averaged 4 million viewers at 9 p.m. Wednesday, making it the most-watched nonfinale telecast ever for the series. Meanwhile, the Season 2 bow of Bravo's "Tim Gunn's Guide to Style" averaged 714,000 total viewers at 11 p.m. Thursday.
The Hollywood Radio & Television Society has yet to announce a date for its annual luncheon with the broadcast network chiefs as behind-the-scenes tussling continues. Last year, NBC co-chairman Ben Silverman made his debut. This time, NBC brass designated exec vp Teri Weinberg. After pushback from other nets, HRTS balked at that choice, saying everyone on the panel has to hold at least an entertainment president title, which is not held by anyone at NBC. HRTS is said to be "reevaluating" its plans for the luncheon.

Spike TV will present filmmakers Tim Burton and Wes Craven with discretionary awards for their "groundbreaking achievements in the horror, sci-fi, fantasy and comic book genres" during its Scream 2008 awards show. The third annual event airs Oct. 21.
