Moszkowicz extends Constantin contract
Management board reshuffles responsibilitiesBERLIN -- Martin Moszkowicz has extended his contract as head of production with Constantin Film through 2013, ensuring continuity at the German mini-major.
Moszkowicz will head up all film and TV production at Constantin and will oversee theatrical acquisitions, distribution, marketing and international sales.
To prepare for the year-end exit of CEO Fred Kogel, Constantin also has reshuffled responsibilities among its four-member management board.
New CEO Bernhard Burgener will handle overall corporate strategy, national license and rights trading and TV entertainment production; Franz Woodtli is responsible for all home entertainment activities; and Hanns Beese takes on all financial duties.
