Movie Ticket Prices Fall to $7.86 Average in First Quarter
The drop from $8.01 in fourth-quarter 2010 was due to the lack of a big 3D hit in the first part of this year.
The average price for a movie ticket fell to $7.86 in the first quarter of 2011, down from $8.01 in the fourth quarter of 2010, according to the National Association of Theater Owners.
