“It’s just a beautiful song about loving the faults that people have,” Dia says of “Broken Dreams.” “I’ve done that a lot in my life. If somebody has something that some people think is weird or a little off, that’s something I’m drawn to the most.”
Aside from its warring boys, the video also features several of Frampton’s sisters, including Meg Frampton, who Dia formed the band, Meg and Dia, with back in 2004.

“When I heard the song, Dia’s performance was so amazing that immediately I just got this vision for Where the Wild Things Are meets Lord of the Flies meets Peter’s Pan’s the lost boys,” Director David McClister describes video’s style.
The folk pop singer will also open for Shelton on his “Well Lit and Amplified Tour 2012” starting in January.
