Netflix CEO Reed Hastings Sees 50 Percent Raise in 2015

Netflix CEO Reed Hastings was paid $16.6 million in 2015, up from $11.1 million a year earlier.
In 2015, the company's shares rose 135 percent, while the chief exec's compensation rose 50 percent.
Hastings was paid $1.1 million in salary and the vast bulk of his compensation was by way of stock options.
Chief content officer Ted Sarandos was paid $14 million, up from $8.8 million.
Neil Hunt, the chief product officer, earned $8.4 million, up from $6.5 million. Greg Peters, international development officer, was paid $5.6 million, up from $3.7 million.
David Wells, the CFO, made $4.2 million, up from $2.4 million.
