Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and More to Ring In 2012 In Times Square (Live Video)
Cee Lo Green, Drake, Hot Chelle Rae and the cast of Broadway's "Rock of Ages" will also be performing live at New York City's New Year's Eve celebration on Dec. 31.
As the unofficial capitol of New Year's Eve, New York's Time Square will be broadcasting live Dec. 31 while ringing in 2012.
Lady Gaga is set to be joined by NYC Mayor Bloomberg at 11:59 p.m. to perform the historic countdown.

But before the ball drops, audiences will get to see The Voice's Cee Lo Green sing a rendition of John Lennon's famous "Imagine." Justin Bieber, Hot Chelle Ray, Pitbull, and Diego Torres along with the cast of Broadway's Rock of Ages will also be performing on the Ryan Seacrest co-hosted Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve special. While, Drake, and NBC's Smash star Megan Hilty will be featured on Carson Daly's NBC New Year's Eve.

The Time Square Alliance and Countdown Entertainment, co-organizers of New Year's Eve in Times Square, joined by Livestream will be streaming a commercial free webcast of New York's Time Square New Year's Eve Celebration from 6 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. EST.
Viewers are also able to log in and communicate with other revelers from around the world via Facebook and Twitter.
