NewFronts: Rachel Zoe Signs With Maker Studios (Exclusive)
The celebrity stylist will work with Maker to enhance her presence on YouTube through original fashion, beauty and lifestyle content.
Rachel Zoe is bringing her retro-glam style to Maker Studios.
The designer-stylist has joined Maker's network to grow her presence in the online video world, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Zoe will announce the partnership on stage with Maker at the Disney-owned digital media company's NewFronts presentation on Tuesday, April 28, revealing that she will join Maker's community of 55,000 creators.
Through the partnership, Maker and Zoe Media Group, the digital division of Zoe's company, will work together to create original content across platforms. Maker will also help Zoe with The Zoe Report, working to grow its fan base, optimize content and collaborate with global brands.
Zoe, who has built a fashion empire out of her work with high-profile celebrity clients, founded digital newsletter and website The Zoe Report in 2009 and has grown it into a digital property with nearly two million readers and nearly 12 million social media followers. The brand's YouTube channel, which touches on fashion, beauty and lifestyle topics, currently has 5,000 subscribers.
CAA, which reps Zoe, brokered the deal.
