The director had been repped by Jeff Berg at Resolution

Nick Cassavetes has signed with WME, The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively learned. He was previously repped by Jeff Berg at Resolution, which has shuttered in the wake of cash problems.

This year Cassavetes directed the hit Cameron Diaz comedy The Other Woman. His diverse resume also includes Nicholas Sparks’ romance The Notebook, the Emile Hirsch-Justin Timberlake crime pic Alpha Dog and the Diaz-Abigail Breslin family drama My Sister’s Keeper, the latter two of which he also wrote.

Cassavetes is next set to helm the action thriller Expiration, about an ex-CIA operative-turned-assassin who has 20 hours to discover who poisoned him before he dies. Production is scheduled to begin in Europe in February.

Cassavetes continues to be managed by LBI Entertainment.
