N.Y. comedy fest goes long
The New York Comedy Festival has added "The Longest Sketch Show Ever," a 24-hour marathon production with more than 30 sketch troupes from around the country, to its lineup. The show will take place at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and start Friday, Nov. 9, at 10 p.m. Among the sketch groups performing are Kasper Hauser (San Francisco), Fried Green Durbins (Chicago), Hot Sauce (New York), Two Girls for Five Bucks (Boston), America's Best Comic (Los Angeles) and Harvard Sailing Team (New York). THE NYCF takes place Nov. 6-11.
