What’s new on the jean scene? Los Angeles-manufactured FRAME Denim (a cult-like favorite of models Miranda Kerr, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Gigi Hadid — and Karlie Kloss, who has her very own self-named "Forever Karlie" style and was on hand for the presentation) showed their spring 2016 lineup in Soho. Sun-kissed models sported effortless seventies Cote D’Azur-inspired looks with three key denim trends on display: stripes (seen on flared jeans and shorts); raw, unfinished hemlines (both slouchy, cuffed boyfriend jeans and cut-off shorts had the DIY-vibe); and noticeably higher belted waistlines (on cuffed khakis).

The brand also introduced tees and sweatshirts and its first capsule swimwear collection with solid-hued retro-esque styles in black, red and canary yellow.

Wide navy-and-white striped headbands and smoking slippers added final touches to the "'70s style icon off-duty" looks, while a denim bar provided guests with the brand’s most popular flared and boyfriend jeans. Here, quick snapshots of the three denim trends to try.

Nothing says spring like nautical stripes — khaki-and-white seen on flared jeans and shorts.

FRAME's popular boyfriend jeans — and cut-off shorts — have raw, unfinished hemlines.

The high, cinched-in waistline is hot for spring 2016.
