As he thanked his family and team, Obama -- wearing a blue tie -- specifically thanked Vice President Joe Biden, coining a new nickname for his partner. "I want to thank my friend and partner of the last four years, America's happy warrior, the best vice president anyone could ever hope for: Joe Biden," Obama said.

Moments after Obama uttered BIden's new nickname, the phrase shot to the top of Twitter's trending topics with people taking to microblogging website in reaction.
