It's almost here: The 5,755 voting members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences must return their completed Oscar nominations ballots to PricewaterhouseCoopers no later than 5 p.m. Friday.

Ballots received after that deadline will not be counted.

In the majority of the categories, PwC will tabulate the ballots using the preferential voting system.

Nominations will be announced live on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011, at 5:30 a.m. PT in the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater.

The show takes place Feb. 27 at the Kodak Theatre and will be televised live by the ABC.
