The mellow tunes, including Deep Forest's "Sweet Lullaby" and Rodriguez Jr.'s "Shapes I See," complemented the bathrobe-style coats and loungewear looks that came down the runway.

Though Ovadia & Sons outfitted Rami Malek of Mr. Robot in a sharp tuxedo for his stroll down the red carpet at last Saturday's SAG Awards, the fall 2016 men's show from designer twins Ariel and Shimon Ovadia on Tuesday showed a decidedly softer and silkier side.

Bathrobe-style coats with sashes, satin lounging pajamas and embroidered souvenir jackets all seemed to beckon to the bedroom, a nice surprise for the designers who are much acclaimed for their tailored suits. Even their version of a befitted and hooded parka was rendered in gleaming satin.

And, to meld with the clothes, the runway soundtrack was appropriately moody and soulful, playing for an audience that included Neil Patrick Harris and husband David Burtka, actor Colton Haynes and athlete Victor Cruz.
