Pamela Anderson to Guest Star in Canadian Sitcom 'Package Deal'
The "Baywatch" star will play a therapist in three episodes to be shot in front of a live audience in Vancouver.
TORONTO – Pamela Anderson is to guest star in Package Deal, the Canadian sitcom from Thunderbird Films for Citytv.
Anderson, who comes from Vancouver Island, will appear in three episodes as an off-beat therapist with an up-close-and-personal manner.
“Pamela Anderson has a great comic flair and is a perfect fit for the brilliant ensemble cast of Package Deal,” said Thunderbird Films president Michael Shepard.
Package Deal, a multi-cam comedy about three overly close brothers and the woman who comes between them, stars Randal Edwards, Julia Voth, Harland Williams and Jay Malone.
The Canadian sitcom from Andrew Orenstein (Malcolm in the Middle, 3rd Rock From the Sun) is shot in Vancouver before a live audience.
Also guest-starring in the Canadian sitcom is Eugene Levy.
Citytv will air 13 episodes of Package Deal as a mid-season series in 2013.
