'Parks and Rec's' Rashida Jones Launches Jewelry Line
The actress and producer will unveil her collaboration with DanniJo at a Nov. 13 dinner at Chateau Marmont.
This story first appeared in the Nov. 22 issue of The Hollywood Reporter magazine.
This year, Parks and Recreation's Rashida Jones sold three TV projects and shot two films (Decoding Annie Parker, Cuban Fury) -- so it's clear the girl needed another creative outlet.
And she found one: collaborating on her first line of fine jewelry with DanniJo, the jewelry company created by East Coast sister act Danielle and Jodie Snyder. Fine by DanniJones is an 18-piece line of delicate 10-karat-gold and 14-karat-rose-gold pieces in such symbols as arrows, palm trees and unicorns.
Jones and her co-designers were set to celebrate with a dinner at Chateau Marmont on Nov. 13.
